Used Industrial Robots

We export used industrial robots from Japan to all over the world

We purchase used industrial robots from manufacturers and robot integrators in Japan and export them overseas. In addition to procuring well-maintained industrial robots, we also procure robots that have been used for demonstration purposes with low operating hours, so we are able to provide industrial robots that are as good as new at low prices.

The manufacturer of the robots we handle

FANUC

One of the two major industrial robot manufacturers in Japan. The features of FANUC robots is their extensive lineup, which can be used in a wide range of manufacturing fields. They can be used for a wide range of applications, including transport, welding, assembly, painting, and inspection. FANUC robots have a variety of applications that make the most of their flexibility.

YASKAWA ELECTRIC

Alongside FANUC, YASKAWA ELECTRIC holds a large share of the domestic and global markets. One of their major strengths is that they develop their own servo motors and optimize them for their own industrial robots. All Yaskawa robots for the European market are manufactured at their factory in Slovenia.

NACHI

In addition to its industrial robot business, Nachi is also a manufacturer of machine tools, cutting tools, bearings, etc., and it is a manufacturer that enjoys great popularity in Japan by making the most of its strengths as a comprehensive machine manufacturer. It seems that the number of users of Nachi's used industrial robots is increasing in the Chinese and Southeast Asian markets.

Kawasaki Heavy Industries

Kawasaki Heavy Industries has a history of supporting Japan's heavy industry, and it has strengths in industrial robots that operate in large-scale factories. Examples of this include painting robots for the automotive industry and large robots with a payload capacity of over 300kg. In recent years, the company has also been increasing its presence in the fields of pharmaceutical robots and wafer transfer robots.

DENSO

Denso's industrial robots boast the world's top share in the small-scale industrial robot market. The delicate and complex movements cultivated in the manufacturing of automobiles and home appliances are utilized in the manufacturing and research of pharmaceuticals.

Universal Robots

Universal Robots' collaborative robots are widely distributed in the Japanese market, and there is strong demand for them overseas, particularly among small and medium-sized businesses. Many of them are also affordable, and the volume of transactions in the second-hand market has been increasing in recent years.

The benefit of introducing used industrial robots

The biggest advantage is the low price

There is no need to explain this, but the biggest advantage of used industrial robots is their low price. You can get a robot for a much lower price than a new industrial robot. Also, just because it is used does not mean that it is in bad condition. In particular, the Japanese market is famous for having many well-maintained industrial robots in good condition. Especially, robots that have been used as demonstration units have a total operating time of only a few dozen hours, so you can get an almost brand-new one.

Can be easily introduced as a test robot

If you are considering implementing a robot from a manufacturer you have not used before, you may want to try out the manufacturer's robot before making a full-scale implementation. In this way, with a used industrial robot, you can test whether it fits your company's processes at a low cost. In the past there have been customers who have actually bought used robots of several manufacturers and after testing them, ordered new ones from the manufacturer that they have selected.

The type of industrial robots we deal in

The most common robot types in terms of volume are collaborative robots, articulated robots and handling robots. Please note that there may be times when we do not have large robots or painting/welding robots in stock.
